Split housings

The Translink split housing pillow blocks are the perfect option for larger shafts. They are also recommended when work conditions lead to bearing wear. Their ease of assembly and disassembly without the need to change the pillow body allows the life of the Translink bearing to be optimised with low maintenance requirements.

In the standard range, there are feet mounting pillow blocks for shafts from 20 mm up to 140 mm diameter and higher in the SN, SNA, SAF, SSN, SNU, SNG, SNX, and SNL ranges, or different dimensions can be considered according to the drawing. These dimensions cover the majority of requirements. In the SD series, we go up to a 300 mm shaft diameter.

The split pillow blocks are produced in HT 200 type cast iron and offer high resistance to the pressure of the fixing bolts and can withstand higher loads.

Translink also offers a large variety of accessories for fixing and assembly, such as the series of sleeves with nuts and washers: H2, H23, H3, H30 and H31, and the series of withdrawal sleeves (AH and AHX), with the corresponding nuts of the KM and KML series, and MB and MBL washers.
