The entire range of Translink couplings has the advantage of having numerous applications that are adapted to the dimensions of the standard engine. They are also flexible to torsion and are easy and convenient to assemble thanks to the various systems, such as the Taper Lock bush. These characteristics contribute to a quick and safe assembly, as well as helping to save costs and time.
The HRC type Translink couplings have all the characteristics of an ideal elastic coupling, especially due to the ease of assembly and their work under compression. They are an excellent choice for applications under work conditions with shocks, vibrations and fluctuations, and are suitable for electric motors, internal combustion engines and steam and water turbines. The standard Translink range includes from type HRC70 to HRC280.
The L type Translink couplings have a simple structure and are easy to install, as well as having good resistance to extreme temperatures and oils. The smaller products (L035-L150) are produced in a smooth surface sintered alloy that ensures accurate dimensions, while the larger products (L190-L225) are manufactured in the best quality GG25 cast-iron, and are supplied with the element in NBR rubber, Viton, Teflon and EPDM.
The Translink coupling range also offers couplings with elastomer (EC-2 to EC-120), the S-Flex type (3J to 6J and 8S to 12S), the Eupex type (58 to 280), Rotex type (14 – 180), the Nylon coupling, the black rim type coupling or chain coupling.
